Free PDHPE Teaching Resources on Puberty and Menstruation

Our two-part lesson plan has been created as a complete interactive teaching resource with guidance taken from the Australian Curriculum. Students will cover off key areas of Puberty Education with engaging worksheets, diverse themes, an interactive game and Q&A sessions. Part one, talks through hormones and hygiene and part two covers off growing bodies and setting boundaries.
